Oscar Pistorius may have killed his girlfriend in a fit of rage

He claimed he mistook his girlfriend for a burglar when he shot her, but South African police has dismissed the claim. They believe the blade runner killed his model girlfriend, 29 year old Reeva Steenkamp, in a fit of rage possibly caused by performance-boosting steroids.

First steroids were found in his home. Then Reeva was found in her night wear, which means she didn't just enter his home at the time he shot her at 3am Thursday morning. The police found a bloody cricket bat in the bedroom. Reeva's skull had been 'crushed' in the attack according to police. They also found a smashed bathroom door. Plus neighbours claimed they heard argument coming from his home earlier in the evening.

The police believe that Oscar first shot Reeva in the bedroom, hit her in the hip. She ran and hid herself in the toilet, he followed her and shot her three more times.

The cause of Goldie's Death - Reddington Hospital Reveals

Reddington Hospital located at 12 Idowu Martins Street, Victoria Island, Lagos revealed that Kennis Music artiste Goldie died of Pulmonary embolism.
Pulmonary embolism is a blockage of the main artery of the lung or one of its branches by a substance that has travelled from elsewhere in the body through the bloodstream (embolism). Pulmonary embolism most commonly results from deep vein thrombosis (a blood clot in the deep veins of the legs or pelvis) that breaks off and migrates to the lung, a process termed venous thromboembolism (VTE). A small proportion of cases are due to the embolization of air, fat, talc in drugs of intravenous drug abusers or amniotic fluid. The obstruction of the blood flow through the lungs and the resultant pressure on the right ventricle of the heart lead to the symptoms and signs of Pulmonary embolism. The risk of Pulmonary embolism is increased in various situations, such as cancer or prolonged bed rest.

10 Things Men Should Never Ask A Woman

These are 10 very annoying questions woman do not like to be asked by men.

1) First of all , a man should never ask a woman if he can kiss her. Asking her for a kiss will only make a man look like a boy, which is what a woman is not interested in, and even if she says "yes", it could mean she is just being polite, while on the inside her attraction meter will read a firm, "No".

2) Secondly , a man should never ask a woman if he can take her out on a date sometime, as she would like to be with a man who is a leader and in control, not someone who asks her permission to hit on her.
A man should confidently ask a woman out, by simply saying, "We should hang out... what's your number?" or tell her about a specific place he wants to take her to.

3) Thirdly , a man should never brag about the car he has or the kind of house he lives in, as it would seem like he is trying hard to impress her.
Women would be far more impressed by a man's material possessions if he does not mention them in conversation.

Ladies: Ways to Make the First Move on a Man Part 2

Just incase you missed part 1 of this post you can find the link at the end of this post.
I hope you all got some few moves as to how to make the first move on a man... just incase you were not satisfied or you didn't understand them well enough then here are more moves you can try...
The “Movie Scene.” A move that is never used on its own, but as an effective follow-up to a good laugh together, a slow dance or another move. Put both arms on his shoulders so your hands touch behind his neck. Move in close, so your hips, stomach and breast are pressed against his hips, stomach and chest. Combo with the “Smile” and/or the “Bedazzle” and hope he initiates a kiss. If he’s dense, take the initiative and activate the “Frenchie.” Do not allow it to become an awkward moment, or all hope is lost!
The “Pinky.” A variation of the “Holding Hands.” Slowly nudge your pinky over until it makes contact with his hand. If he doesn’t pull back, continue to wrap your pinky around his pinky. If successful, see the “Holding Hands.”
The “Beso.” Kiss him on the cheek so close to the lips that the edge of your lips and his almost, nearly, so very closely touch. Also see The “Sniffer,” and alternatively, The “Earlobe.”
The “Slap.” Just that, slap him, for no reason. No explanation. No apology. Wait for him to run after you mad as hell, asking, “What was that for?” Follow up with the “Tongue Rape,” continue with the “Let’s Get Out of Here.”
The “Franking Spot.” Simple. Say it straight. “I like you.” Be frank—put him on the spot.
The “Where Is This Going?.” If you are already intimate with the guy, but want a more romantic relationship, preferably with title such as dating, girlfriend, wife—you could, if your patience is running thin, ask, “Where is this going?” A word of warning: this phrase is notorious for making grown men cower in fear. So, use carefully.
The “Bedazzle.” Some women have all they need in their beautiful and enticing eyes; some need mascara. But if you believe you can seduce a man by just looking into his eyes, bat those eyelashes; the “Bedazzle” is for you.

Stephen Keshi Reconsidered his Resignation

In a press conference released today from South Africa, Keshi had this to say:
My attention has been drawn to reports in the media that I have resigned my appointment as the Head Coach of Super Eagles of Nigeria.
While I have had cause to express my displeasure over some issues that happened in the course of our participation in the AFCON 2013, which my team won by the grace of God, especially concerning my relationship with the Nigerian Football Federation, I have since had opportunity to discuss the various issues with all concerned. I am therefore pleased to say that I have reconsidered my position and have decided to continue with my job.
I want to thank the Honourable Minister of Sports, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, for his swift and kind intervention.
Signed
Stephen Okechukwu Keshi

Ladies: Ways to Make the First Move on a Man Part 1

This declaration of intentions and wooing is traditionally initiated by the man. But should a woman wish to make her intentions known, I myself would applaud her! Women love the attention, and making the first move on a guy is sheer flattery for them.

Unfortunately there is no formula, potion, magic spell, technique or advice that will guarantee that you will land that romantic relationship you so desperately crave. Romance and love are as unpredictable as the weather.

However, there are some “moves” that have resulted in success in varying degrees. I present to you what I can only describe as "The List" - it's yours to use, misuse and abuse.

The “Drink.” Buy a guy a drink, make some chitchat.

All You Need To know About Bras, Pads, Anniversaries and Loving Your Woman

All you kneed to know about bras
The woman in the picture reminds me of the woman in Songs of Solomon who said "I have taken off my robe--must I put it on again? I have washed my feet--must I soil them again?" That sister was too blessed to be stressed!

So many men don't really understand women and why should they? It's difficult to understand something alien to you; there are some lucky ones who grew up with lots of sisters, so for them it will be easier. Many conflicts in marriage arise because men simply can't comprehend their women and women in general. By this, I mean they don't think in the way that women do. They aren't emotionally wired in the same way that women are. God wired women and men differently because of their unique roles.

It's funny; it seems manufacturers of  feminine products understand why women have so many shoes. Take pads for instance; Logic dictates that a spill will require more or less effort to clean based on its size, but whether a dribble or a large spill, that small, medium or large should be able to cover it, and that should mean there's three kinds of pads. But there's not three kinds of pads, there are pads, tampons, panty liners in different sizes , textures colors and scents etc. If Procter and Gamble understand us (probably for marketing and profit-based reasons) why don't you? C'mon Son!

Help! My Husband Is So Unromantic!

I'm a young lady of 25 and I just got married but the problem am facing is that my husband is not romantic. I've tried everything to change him, even calling him in the middle of nightto talk to him about how to be romantic but he still hasn't changed, and I love him so, so much and I wish he would just change so our marriage would be just as I have always dreamed because I can't picture a life without romance. I love kissing, cuddling and little surprises but he just does not get it."First of all define romantic! You wake a man in the middle of the night to chat? Is that your idea of being romantic? Waking a man up to chat when you know he has to work in the morning? What do you want to talk about that cannot wait till the next day? Forget all those things our parents did when we were growing up, this is not the time, save it for emergencies, waking up a sleeping man for something that's not an emergency is never a good idea. .
If your husband is a workaholic and all he does is talk about sub-sea engineering and installations then don't think you can change him. And for those single ladies who want to start their very own Ultimate Search (romance edition), think again. "Mills and Boon" is very different from reality so don't have unrealistic ideals about marriage. The Honeymoon is over. He has beat out the competition and secured the prize "you" his wife, so he no longer feels the need to make you feel special or significant just bearing his last name is supposed to satisfy you and be enough. But it isn't, is it?
